How to buy

Package, add-ons, number of people and annual or monthly payment: you see the estimated fee straight away.
You accept the contract
Read the service agreement and accept it with two ticks, which count as an electronic signature.
You leave your payment method
On Stripe’s secure page, choose how to pay and enter the invoicing details. No charge for 30 days.
You activate the organisation
Back on Orevia, enter the organisation’s name and administrator and start your 30 free days straight away.

Prices per person per month, excluding VAT, with annual payment; monthly costs 20% more. The fee is calculated with the minimums and discounts in the price table.
Payment methods
Pay securely on Stripe.
Payment takes place on Stripe’s protected page, one of the leading online payment providers: card details never pass through Orevia.
Credit or debit card
With a company or personal card, also with Apple Pay on compatible devices. If your bank requires it, you confirm the payment with strong authentication.
Digital wallets
Link, Amazon Pay and Revolut Pay. Stripe’s page shows the methods available for your device and country.
After the 30 free days
The first charge comes at the end of the 30 days; the subscription then renews on the same method, every year in advance with annual billing or every month with monthly billing, until cancelled.
Electronic invoice
On the payment page you confirm company name, VAT number and recipient code: the invoice arrives via the Exchange System (Sistema di Interscambio, SDI).
Contract signed online
Before leaving your payment method you accept the service agreement with two ticks, which count as an electronic signature. On activation, the completed copy is sent to you from amministrazione@orevia.eu.

When do I pay?
The first 30 days are free: the first charge is made on the thirty-first day, to the payment method you left on Stripe, and until then you can cancel at no cost (art. 3.4 of the agreement). The free period is granted only once per organisation.
How do I cancel during the 30 free days?
Before the 30 days end, cancel from the software, or write to amministrazione@orevia.eu or by PEC (certified email): the subscription is cancelled and you pay nothing. If you would like to see Orevia with us first, request a demo.
How is the number of people counted?
The number you enter applies to the first period; at renewal, those active in Orevia are counted. The payroll advisor and support staff are not counted.
What happens after payment?
Back on Orevia, enter the organisation’s name and the administrator: the temporary password is shown only once and must be changed at first login. Features that process new data, such as clock-ins and shifts, are switched on after the privacy notice has been given to employees.
How do I cancel?
By email or PEC (certified email). With monthly billing, before the start of the following month: the service ends at the end of the paid month. With annual billing, at least three months before the end of the term.
What do I sign?
The SINAPSI S.R.L. service agreement: order form, general terms, price list, service levels and data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR). The text is in Italian and you can read it first.
How do I get the Founders price?
The Founders price cannot be bought online: apply and, if places are still available among the first 30 organisations, we prepare your sign-up with prices locked for 24 months.
