Orevia — Working hours, attendance, holidays

Attendance, holidays and clock-ins, simple at last.

Features

All your attendance management, in one place.

Each feature is enabled per organisation: switch on only what you need.

Holidays and leave

The whole firm’s calendar at a glance.

Holidays, leave, closures and work deadlines in the same view. Pending requests stand out from approved ones, and each person’s month is already summarised.

  • Requests by full day, half day or hour
  • Alerts on deadlines, balance and absent colleagues
  • Day, month and year view

Balances and thresholds

Balances and usage targets, always up to date.

The holiday and leave balance starts from the payslip and accrues every month. The summary shows who is below the usage threshold and who has pending requests.

  • Entitlements by year, part-time and expiring carry-overs
  • Collective agreement (CCNL) parameters read from the PDF, valid once confirmed
  • CSV export for Excel
Orevia summary: days entitled, taken, pending and remaining per person, with usage percentage

From your smartphone

Requests are made from the phone, with a preview of the outcome.

Before sending, Orevia counts the working days and checks balance, notice period and absent colleagues. Every request stays in the history with its status.

  • One-tap clock-in, even without a connection
  • Sick leave with a photo of the certificate, never the diagnosis
  • Approvers decide from their phone

Clock-ins and daily timesheet

Server time, justified and approved corrections, historical working schedules and actual overtime.

Work shifts

Weekly plan with checks on rest periods, overtime and average hours before publishing.

Payroll report

Every month a PDF and CSV with holidays, leave, overtime, absences and expenses for the payroll consultant.

Expense claims and business trips

Reimbursements, mileage and business trips with approval, ready for the payslip.

Approvals and notifications

Department managers or general approvers, email and reminders; holidays in Microsoft 365 too.

Privacy notice and log

Employee privacy notice template, recorded acknowledgements, activity log and export.

No GPS

Clocking in doesn’t reveal where you are.

Many clock-in apps present location, geofencing or selfies as an advantage. Orevia does the opposite: it records the server time and nothing else. Less personal data, fewer obligations to manage, more trust within the team.

  • No location, everNeither when clocking in nor afterwards: the app does not ask for location access.
  • The server time is what countsEven without a connection: the clock-in is sent as soon as the connection returns, with the phone’s time compared.
  • Everything tracked, nothing hiddenClock-ins cannot be edited: every correction is justified, approved and kept in the log.

How it works

Up and running in a few steps.

  1. We activate your organisation

You receive the connection code and set up people, working hours and rules.

  2. Employees connect

From the browser or the app, with the code and their own credentials.

  3. At the end of the month you download the report

PDF and CSV for payroll, with nothing to copy out by hand.

Why Orevia

Between the Excel spreadsheet and enterprise software.

A spreadsheet is free, but it doesn’t send alerts, doesn’t approve anything and can’t be used from a phone. Enterprise suites do everything, but with implementation projects, their own payroll modules and features a professional firm doesn’t need.

Frequently asked questions

The questions we are asked most often.

Can’t find the answer? Write to us at info@orevia.eu.

Does Orevia track employees’ location when they clock in?

No. Clocking in from the app records the server time and does not detect any location.

Where is the data stored?

On a server in the European Union. Each organisation has its own separate database.

Does Orevia calculate payslips?

No. Every month Orevia prepares a PDF and CSV report with holidays, leave, overtime, absences and expenses, to hand to the payroll consultant or import into payroll software.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Orevia runs in the browser; for clock-ins and everyday use there is also a smartphone app.

Does Orevia handle work shifts?

Yes. Organisations working in shifts plan the week for each person and, before publishing, Orevia checks daily and weekly rest, overtime limits and average weekly hours according to the collective agreement (CCNL) or the law.

What can employees do from the app?

Clock in, request holidays, leave and absences with a photo of the certificate, view balances, calendar and monthly hours, and enter expenses and business trips. Approvers decide on requests, expenses and corrections directly from the app.
