Shifts
Work shift management, with the checks already done.
You plan the week for each person and Orevia checks rest periods, overtime and average hours before the shifts reach employees. Clock-ins show who is on duty at any moment.

How it works
From plan to payslip, following the collective agreement (CCNL) rules.
Shift management is enabled for organisations that work in shifts; others use standard or custom working hours.
Weekly plan
Work shifts or rest with one click on the day, including split or night shifts; the previous week is repeated on empty days.
Checks before publishing
Daily and weekly rest, overtime limits, average hours, holidays and absences already approved: issues either block publication or trigger a warning.
Rules from the collective agreement (CCNL)
Limits come from the uploaded collective agreement (CCNL); where it does not specify them, the statutory limits apply (Legislative Decree 66/2003, D.Lgs. 66/2003).
Tracked publication
People receive a notification and confirm they have seen their shifts; a tamper-proof snapshot of what was communicated is kept.
Right now
Who is on duty, actual hours from clock-ins, planned and contractual hours, year-to-date overtime with the remaining allowance.
My shifts
Each person sees two weeks of published shifts, with times, breaks, rest days and daily hours.
Shifts, clock-ins and holidays in the same software
Holidays, leave and closures appear on the relevant day of the plan, app clock-ins feed the actual hours, and after-the-fact checks flag missed rest periods and overtime beyond the limits. At the end of the month, the report goes to the payroll consultant.
Orevia applies the limits that have been set: checking compliance with the law and the collective agreement (CCNL) remains the responsibility of whoever organises the work.
