The fee is the higher of the package minimum and the per-person price for active people; from 51 to 100 people, 10% discount; above 100 people, quotation.
Founders programme
For the first 30 organisations the price is locked at €1.29, €1.99 and €2.99 per person per month for two years, with payroll layout setup included. In return we ask for product feedback, a short call each month for the first three months and written consent to be named as a reference.

€90: we set up people, schedules, rules and categories with you in a guided session.
From €150 to €300: we bring people and balances into Orevia from spreadsheets or the software you use today.

We activate an organisation for you with all the features of the chosen package. At the end of the trial you decide whether to continue: no card needed to start.
The prices shown apply to annual payment in advance. With monthly payment the fee increases by 20%.
From 51 to 100 people the discount is 10%, already included in the table. Above 100 people we prepare a quotation.
You can export all your organisation’s data in a single encrypted file, with the tables in an open format and the attachments.

Yes, for features that process new data (for example clock-ins and documents). Orevia provides a privacy notice template to complete and approve, and records acknowledgements.
Online payment by SEPA direct debit or card, with an automatically issued e-invoice, is being activated: in the meantime, trials and Founders programme sign-ups start without payment.
